Shipping Policy

Our warehouse operation for shipping is Monday to Friday excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders have to be processed and fulfilled before shipment. Our team will take up to 1-2 business days to process your orders. After the item is processed and fulfilled, our team will ship out your item and our transit time on orders are shown below:

Redelivery charges may be applicable for all orders that are returned to sender due to not being claimed, or for wrong addresses

Tracking orders:

  1. Find "Track My Order" on our website's main menu.
  2. Follow the instructions given and track your order.

NOTE:

  • You can find the following information in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Do not panic when you see your tracking information shows "Could Not Find Order".This usually appears when we have just fulfilled and shipped out your order, it will take up to 24-48 hours for the courier service to scan your parcel into their system. We advise you to start tracking your order status 48-72 hours after you received your order tracking number from us.
  • But in very rare cases, if you are still not able to track your order status after the given timeframe, please contact us at joe@themagichome.com and we will help you to investigate further.
