I bought one for the basement family room. It was packed surprisingly well, folded, wrapped in several layers of plastic, and squeezed between two pieces of plywood inside the box. It took about 24 hours for it to get back to its original shape. Very comfortable, easy to move around, which is essential for a versatile space such as basement. The bottom has the non-slip pad, so it does not move on the wood floor. The seat cushion is 12-14 inch above the floor.
