low key was expecting the installation to be a little tricky but it actually was really easy. got the loveseat! it's very firm, remember (which is how i wanted it) so don't expect anything fluffy or bouncy like that. super happy!
Now the assembly was a headache but they instantly emailed me a video on how to properly assemble! I don’t regret this purchase at all!!!!! It’s beautiful
It’s a beautiful couch in the pictures. What I didn’t realize is that you have to fully assemble the couch yourself and once that was accomplished it seemed a little cheap. You can see the wing nuts from the side of the couch when it’s finished which looked tacky. The couch is so firm you practically thud when you sit down. The back is so low, this is not a lounging couch it’s more of a waiting room piece. To return the item it would have cost a 1/3 of the original price. Customer service was amazing though and very responsive.
