I originally ordered a black sofa and didn’t receive a tracking number until I emailed the company asking for one not one or two but three times then I was told my sofa I already purchased was out of stock with no notification prior to the email then got sent another sofa that was missing pieces and wasn’t even the complete set… customer service service does not answer emails when needed and overall just has been an awful experience here can’t say that I would recommend anyone.
I love this couch, it is firm but in a supportive and comfortable way. It does sit quite low to the ground, and assembly is difficult with one person but not impossible. It’s a great couch, beautiful design, and gorgeous color and fabric.
The instructions were weird but i mean just put ur brain cells together and you’ll get it . I love this couch it’s so cute!! It is firm (comfortable to me) but that’s exactly what i wanted ! If you’re looking for a comfy sink into couch , this may not be for you . But I’m extremely happy with my purchase . 4 stars since the instructions weren’t the best !
low key was expecting the installation to be a little tricky but it actually was really easy. got the loveseat! it's very firm, remember (which is how i wanted it) so don't expect anything fluffy or bouncy like that. super happy!
Now the assembly was a headache but they instantly emailed me a video on how to properly assemble! I don’t regret this purchase at all!!!!! It’s beautiful
